While our quality assurance team guarantees that your furniture leaves our warehouse flawless, errors can happen after the package is transferred to the shipping company. We want you to be completely satisfied with your order, so we encourage you to refuse delivery if you notice something has arrived damaged. After refusing delivery, please contact us immediately and we will send a replacement out to you right away.
Is there assembly required?
Our outdoor furniture is all handmade. Many pieces do come fully assembled, but some pieces do require minimal assembly. This can be done by one person and typically takes 10 minutes. Instructions and all hardware is included in your package.
